By accessing our website, booking a demo, or using any services provided by SVJ AI Automation ("SVJ AI," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
02 Description of Services
SVJ AI Automation provides AI-powered lead response and customer communication solutions for home service businesses. Our services include:
AI Receptionist — An automated system that contacts new leads via iMessage, SMS, or other messaging channels within seconds of a lead inquiry
Automated Messaging — Two-way conversational AI that answers common questions, qualifies leads, and guides prospects toward booking
Appointment Booking — Automated delivery of booking links and scheduling assistance to qualified leads
Follow-Up & Reminders — Automated follow-up sequences for unresponsive leads and appointment reminders for confirmed bookings
Owner Notifications — Real-time alerts to business owners when leads engage, book, or require attention
Setup & Configuration — Integration with your existing website contact forms, AI training on your business information, and go-live support
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to active clients.
03 Eligibility & Account
Our services are intended for legitimate businesses operating in the United States. By using our services, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years of age
You operate a legitimate business and have the legal right to communicate with your customers via automated messaging
The information you provide during onboarding is accurate and complete
You will promptly notify us of any changes to your business information that may affect our services
04 Billing & Subscription
Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Billing works as follows:
Month 1 (Onboarding): $197 — Covers full system setup, website form integration, AI configuration and training, testing, and go-live support
Month 2 and beyond: $497/month — Covers the ongoing AI receptionist service, automated follow-ups, appointment reminders, system monitoring, and support
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in service interruption. We will make reasonable attempts to notify you before suspending service.
All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
05 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at svjaiautomation@gmail.com or by calling (301) 695-6666.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation is confirmed
No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle that has already started
There are no long-term contracts or early termination fees
Upon cancellation, your AI system will be deactivated and access to your account configuration will be suspended. We may retain data for up to 30 days following cancellation before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

06 Client Responsibilities
As a client of SVJ AI Automation, you are responsible for:
Ensuring your business complies with all applicable laws related to automated messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any state-level equivalents
Obtaining any necessary consent from your customers to receive automated communications
Providing accurate business information, service details, and pricing during onboarding so the AI can represent your business correctly
Promptly notifying us if you become aware of incorrect or outdated AI responses
Maintaining a valid email address and payment method on file
Not using our services to send spam, harass individuals, or engage in any unlawful communication
Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of automated messaging complies with applicable telecommunications laws. SVJ AI Automation provides a technology service and does not provide legal advice regarding TCPA or similar regulatory compliance.
07 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our AI receptionist service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Service may be affected by:
Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of an outage. Service credits are not automatically issued for downtime but may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extended outages caused by our systems.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
SVJ AI Automation's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated responses or the conversion rate of leads contacted by our system
We are not responsible for actions taken by your customers or the outcome of any lead engagement
Plain language: Our service is designed to help you respond faster and book more jobs — but results depend on many factors outside our control, including lead quality, your market, and your pricing. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.
09 Intellectual Property
All proprietary technology, software, systems, workflows, and AI configurations developed by SVJ AI Automation remain our exclusive intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our services for your own business purposes.
You retain ownership of your business information, customer data, and any content you provide to us during onboarding. By providing this content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of configuring and operating your AI receptionist.
You may not reverse-engineer, reproduce, resell, or sublicense any part of our service without our prior written consent.
10 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services to:
Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam to individuals who have not expressed interest in your services
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Engage in any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
Transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the accounts of other clients
Use our services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
11 Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time.
You may cancel at any time per the Cancellation Policy above. No penalty applies.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if:
You violate these Terms of Service
Your payment fails and remains uncured after reasonable notice
We reasonably believe your use of the service creates legal risk or harm to others
Upon termination by either party, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and intellectual property rights) will remain in effect.
12 Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Maryland.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
