Refund Policy

01 Overview

SVJ AI Automation provides a managed AI receptionist service. Because our work begins immediately upon onboarding — including system configuration, integration, AI training, and testing — our refund policy reflects the real cost of that labor.

We are committed to being fair, transparent, and responsive. If you have a concern about a charge, please reach out to us directly before initiating a dispute.

02 Setup & Onboarding Fees

The first month fee of $197 covers onboarding, setup, and your first month of service. This fee is:

• Non-refundable once implementation begins. Implementation begins when we start the setup process, which typically occurs within 1–2 business days of payment.
• If you cancel before we begin any implementation work, we will issue a full refund at our discretion. Contact us within 24 hours of payment to request this.

The onboarding fee reflects the significant time and resources required to build, configure, train, and test your AI system. Even if you decide not to continue after setup, this work has been performed and the fee covers it.

03 Monthly Service Fees

The ongoing monthly service fee of $497/month is charged at the start of each billing cycle and is:

• Non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, regardless of usage during that period
• Your service remains active through the end of the paid billing period following cancellation
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle

04 How to Cancel

Canceling is simple and there are no penalties or hoops to jump through:

• Email us at svjaiautomation@gmail.com with your business name and a request to cancel
• Or call us at (301) 695-6666 during business hours
• We will confirm your cancellation within one business day
• Your service continues through the end of the current billing period at no additional charge

We do not require a minimum notice period beyond what is needed to process your request before the next billing date. If your next billing date is within 24 hours, please contact us by phone to ensure timely processing.

05 Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Situations we may consider for a full or partial refund include:

• A billing error on our part (e.g., being charged twice or at the wrong amount)
• A significant and documented service failure caused entirely by our systems during the billing period
• Extenuating circumstances communicated to us promptly

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge in question. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks that result from misunderstandings or failure to contact us may result in permanent account termination and may be disputed.

06 No Long-Term Contracts

SVJ AI Automation does not require long-term contracts, annual commitments, or minimum subscription periods beyond the initial onboarding month. You are a month-to-month subscriber from day one.

There are no early termination fees. Ever.

Our goal is to earn your continued business by delivering results — not by locking you in. If you're not seeing value, we want to know about it and have a chance to make it right before you leave.
